WASDA has been operational in Kenya since 1995 and in Somalia since 2000. It has capacity and demonstrated ability in design, implementation and evaluation of emergency and sustainable long term development programmes. Internally, the organization has inbuilt systems that guide the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. The Board of Governors and the Management team have people with diverse professional backgrounds.
